I have been day dreaming about a well kept garden for the past week. We have begun our latest project here and all of the trees are gone and a giant hole is dug in the back. We will be adding new and planting what seems like a uncountable number of shrubs and flowers eventually but for now I am so sad to miss the joy of a beautiful Spring... This mature space seems so tranquil!

Christina, the outside of our home is as important as the inside. I trim with manicure sissors sometimes. Yep, I'm obsessive )'s
We've had two months of rain here in Brisbane and everything is so overgrown. My sister commented our garden look like the Triffids have arrived! We'll be spending yet another weekend taming trees and hedges ... so careful what you wish for!
Once you have everything in as you have planned it will be lovely again - it's just hard to be in that holding pattern right now!
